Citizenship Washington Program is a 4-H trip usually organized by state or county delegations. Contact your local 4-H educator at your county Extension office for details about your state's CWF delegation and how to apply.

  1. Contact Maya Lachman, Director of Sales and Marketing at 301-961-2991 or MLachman@4HCenter.org for contracts and registrations forms. CWF 2009 cost is $710.00 per person.
  2. Group Registration Form—Due October 30, 2008 - CWF Registration Form 2009
  3. Signed Contracts and 10% deposit—Due November 14, 2008
  4. Additional 15% deposit—Due January 30, 2009
  5. Transportation

  7. Rooming Lists, Participant Health Form, Participant Code of Conduct Form, Participant Media Form and Final payments are due 30 days before arrival day to Jeunice Salita-Lim.
  8. Capitol Hill Day—create a plan for your delegation’s Capitol Hill Day

  9. Plan Cultural Heritage Evening

      • If you would like your Program Assistant(s) to join, please purchase a ticket for them as well
  10. Delegation Day—create a plan for your Delegation Day

    • Contact Information for parents
    • Brainstorm Issues that affect your community to be used in creating Action Plans that the delegates will implement upon returning home
